Organic Saveri Pure Virgin Olive Oil is produced on a sustainable farm in St. Helena’s historic “Italian Valley.” It consists of a robust blend of five Italian olive varietals: Leccino, Frantoio, Pendolino, Moraiolo, and Coratina. eir rich culture and superb agricultural knowledge to the region. Founder Joseph Saveri, whose roots go back to the first generations of Italian winemakers in California, proudly continues the tradition to create a high-quality, delicious and healthful organic oil. Saveri Olive Oil has recently been certified by the Oil Commission of California as a high-quality olive oil.
