Our go-to this season? Fresh shrimp rolls paired with a chilled bottle of Paula Kornell Brut🦐🥂✨

The bright citrus notes and lively bubbles complement the sweetness of the shrimp, making this an effortless pairing for warm afternoons, weekends on the deck, or your next backyard gathering☀️

PK’s Simple Shrimp Rolls
• 1 lb cooked shrimp, roughly chopped
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp chopped chives
• Salt & freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Gently mix everything together, then spoon into toasted, buttered split-top brioche buns. Finish with extra chives and a squeeze of fresh lemon.

Simple ingredients. Peak summer. The perfect excuse to pop a bottle🍾
