What a memorable way to kick off our very first Iron Circle W**e Club Party! I
This September, we gathered for an enjoyable afternoon filled with great w**e, delicious food, music, and even better company. A special highlight was hearing from Aaron, our w**emaker, as he shared the passion and story behind the w**es we poured.
Thank you to every member and friend who joined us and helped make this first gathering so special. We can’t wait to raise another glass with you at the next one.

Bud break arrived weeks ahead of usual, followed quickly by flowering - a reflection of the warm, dry start to the year. **es **e

Tea Party!
Grace Giovanetti of and her friend, Camille, joined us to learn how Aaron brews Fe Tea—a blend of compost, bone meal, feather meal, kelp, molasses, ox blood and love. The mixture will spend 48 hours in our Vortex Brewer before being applied to the vines through our drip irrigation system. The compost tea promotes health and beauty in the vineyard from the ground up.

The title certainly fits the shop and we are honored to, once again, be working with Karen and her talented team. Our 2022 26 Proprietary Red Blend will be featured in this month’s Acme Apex w**e club shipment.

All lots have gone through malolactic fermentation. Malolactic fermentation is a process where tart malic acid in w**e converts to softer, creamier lactic acid (the same acid found in milk). The process reduces acidity in w**e, and adds a marvelous, velvety texture to the w**e.
