Feeling ‘stange’ we can fix you up at out Yountvlle Tap House. We are pouring our Kolsch made with Hana barley malt via a collaboration with Crisp Malt Admiral Maltings . This landrace variety was grown in Norfolk England yet floor malted at Admiral. It dates back to the late 19th century and has a wonderful biscuit-malt notes and hopped lightly with Hallertau it’s delicious. No bottles available as this is a membership beer. No barrel age although 100% natural carbonation

We offer our barrel kegerator for small events that are local around the Napa/Sonoma counties. Sometimes we see some crazy places including this massive amethyst….prehaps the beer tastes better with crystal power? Alexis Raine Events

Lots of new beers flowing from us! This Hefeweizen using Ancient grown here in CA is a selection from a seeds found in ancient temple in the Masada Fortress dating back 66+ AD , YO! Rewind the clock for this one .
We brewed this last year and it was a treat to get another round of it to illuminate this amazing beer style too!

Beer in the hand! Our Napa grown barley is being malted and we will be brewing our Terrior Series beers soon. It’s a lot of work to floor malt at our size yet the reward is beer with personality of place.
