Summer 2026 and Homer is in again with the blockbuster film, The Odyssey. Here at Green & Red Homer has been our inspiration since 1977 when the Dionysus Cup was placed on our first label and every label since. Do you know the history behind our label? Come for a visit and we’ll share the rest of the story 🏺🍇🏺

Getting lots of love in Wine Spectator's new California Zinfandel report. Tim Fish described our 2023 Chiles Canyon as “an old-school Zinfandel that’s zesty and briary but has claret-like elegance.” Thank you Tim Fish, and thank you Jay for planting Zin on a mountain in 1972 when nobody was asking for it. Big news from the mountain! We’re so happy to welcome Greg Fitzgerald, our new Winemaker & Viticulturist, to our corner of Napa Valley. 🍷
Greg brings 15+ years in the cellar and a degree from UC Davis, but more importantly, he gets what makes this place tick: our estate Zin, high-elevation vineyards, and nearly 50 years of doing things Jay’s way. Meet the man behind our 2026 vintage at the link in our bio!
Welcome to the Green & Red family, Greg. Here’s to the next chapter 🥂
