This month, we're kicking off a new series: "One of Us," where we spotlight members of our wine club community and the meaningful work they're doing across the country!

First up is Lara Lack, a realtor in Houston who has served on the board of the Periwinkle Foundation for the past ten years. The Periwinkle Foundation supports children with cancer at Texas Children's Hospital, from diagnosis through remission, by creating a community of healing through art, camps, music, and more. They also host Iron Sommelier, a friendly competition among Houston's top sommeliers each Fall benefiting the Periwinkle Foundation.

Thank you to Monika Rose for bringing together an incredible group of wineries and vendors in San Francisco yesterday for Grapes & Goods | Community Events! It was a beautiful day in a beautiful venue.

We loved sharing R&D with Ehlers Estate with so many wine lovers, and thank you to everyone who stopped by our table and joined our rosé workshop. Hopefully we’ll see you in St. Helena for a tasting soon!

Almost a month in since our first pick of the year (we still can't believe it), and things are moving fast here, both in the vineyard and the cellar! So far, we have Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon in, and we are getting ready to pick our first red of the year this weekend. This is what a midweek visit to Ehlers looks like, and we'll always recommend it. Just you, the Estate, a glass of wine, and that quiet, unhurried energy that makes St. Helena feel like a hidden gem.

That said, our weekends for the rest of the year are filling up fast, starting with our second concert this Saturday and our first 'At the Table with Mahjong' session next Friday with ! Keep an eye out for announcements for our remaining events of the year!
