So many moments, so many memories, all for the love of our craft, having the opportunity as a family, to make great wine and share it with you. We've been blessed with some of the most magical sunsets of late. While a photo does not even come close to doing it justice, I do my best capture these moments, and many others behind my lens throughout the year, and hopefully like a great bottle of wine, bring a moment of joy by way of a great photograph.

What is wine to you? What makes one bottle stand out from others? What makes wine different than any other adult beverage on the market? What makes it collectable, sought after, something you can't wait to share with your spouse, your best friend, or even the couple dining next to you at the bar at your favorite restaurant?

Honestly, these are all questions we as an industry need to be better at answering for ourselves, and certainly make it intriguing enough you, the wine consumers, are interested in answering for yourselves.

So let's work together, because after all. Wine is something to share. In the meantime, pick a question, I'd love to read and engage with your answers.

2022 tested every grower in Napa Valley. Extreme heat, rapid shifts in ripening, and site-specific outcomes created one of the most complex vintages in recent memory. Which is why this recognition carries such weight.

named our 2022 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon as one of the standout wines of the vintage in his recent Napa Valley report in — alongside some of the producers that shaped Napa’s modern era, such as Harlan Estate, Shafer’s Hillside Select, Pride Mountain Vineyards, Diamond Creek, and Burgess.

For our small family winery on Spring Mountain, being included in this company is both humbling and incredibly meaningful. It’s a testament to the strength of our site, the commitment of our team, and the pursuit of excellence that guides everything we do.
