The miracle is to walk on the green earth in the present moment, to appreciate the peace and beauty that are available now. - Thich Nhat Hanh

There is a particular stillness that settles over the vineyard just before harvest—a held breath before the work begins. We welcome our Estate Chardonnay to the cellar this Friday, marking the opening of Harvest 2026.

“All you have shall some day be given; therefore give now.” -Kahlil Gibran

We believe gardens are meant for sharing.

Our garden larder was created from the simple idea that the bounty of the garden is best when shared—especially when enjoyed by friends and family. Each season brings new gifts from this land, and it is a privilege to pass them along.

Guiding this program is Chef David Baeli, whose passion for preservation, seasonality, and thoughtful hospitality transforms the harvest into something that can be enjoyed long after it leaves the garden. Through pickling, fermenting, preserving, and careful consideration of each ingredient, Chef David helps us celebrate the abundance of every day.

From garden to table, and from one gathering to the next, the larder reminds us that the greatest purpose of a garden is not simply to grow—but to give.

“When one tugs at a single thing in nature, he finds it attached to the rest of the world.” - JOHN MUIR

Biodiversity runs through our estate as a foundational philosophy. We see the vineyard not as a monoculture, but as a single voice within a far larger, thriving landscape. Native plantings, cover crops, and undisturbed wildlands weave through the estate, threading habitat corridors for pollinators, raptors, and the many creatures who share this land with us. Only with patience and genuine partnership with Mother Nature does the land offer what it holds in reserve: fruit of greater depth, truer structure, and a vineyard with the quiet strength to endure.

We are honored to be stewards of this land.

As the vines stretch toward longer days and the first signs of summer, growth reveals itself through vibrant green tips at the tops of the trellises —  branches reaching, roots deepening, and the steady work of the season well underway.
A reminder that farming asks for patience, attention and care. This season’s red grapes carry that story forward — shaped by the land, the light, and the work behind every row.

There’s a quiet magic in blending. Glasses lined in soft light, small pours becoming possibilities.
We taste, adjust, listen—each voice part of the whole. What begins as many slowly finds its way to one.
Blending is more than a process. It’s a ritual. A gathering. A moment where instinct meets intention, and community shapes what comes next.
This is the moment when the labor of the land blossoms into the vintage on your table.
