Tom and Ellen hard at work, loading freshly picked grapes into the press and keeping things moving at the w**ery. There's a lot of skill, experience, and attention to detail that goes into every step of the process, and it's always impressive watching this team do what they do best.

Harvest is a busy time at Dakota Shy, and our w**emaking team is right in the middle of it all. As the freshly picked fruit arrives at the w**ery, it's all hands on deck, carefully sorting and processing the grapes that will become our next vintage.

Long days, plenty of hard work, and a team that takes pride in every detail. It's one of our favorite times of the year!

Some mornings during harvest are worth getting up extra early for. This incredible sunrise greeted our team at Moulds Family Vineyard on one of our pick mornings. The colors, the early morning energy, and the excitement of bringing in another vintage. Pretty hard to beat a start to the day like this. 🍇

A little fire to finish the night. 🔥

At our Oakville Ranch dinner, chefs Kevin O’Connor of and Bastian Briones used a glowing coal to caramelize the dessert right at the table. And somehow, with Cabernet still in the glasses, it was the perfect way to close out the evening. 🍷
