Pellet Estate Limited production Cabernet Sauvignon from our heritage Pellet Vineyard® in St. Helena, and Chardonnay from the Sunchase Vineyard in the Petaluma Gap.

First planted in 1863, the historic Pellet Vineyard in St. Helena produces the exceptional quality grapes from which we craft a classic expression of Cabernet Sauvignon,. Our label depicts the dawn of the age of electrification, the era when pioneer w**emaker Henry Alphonse Pellet illuminated the path towards modern w**emaking methodology and with it, the high quality and age-worthy w**es for which Napa Valley is now renowned. Henry Pellet imported and grafted over 60 European grape varietals to determine those best suited for making world-class w**es from this site and throughout the Napa Valley. Pellet Estate is the culmination of his accomplishments and the advancements of the past 150 years, resulting in an elegant, balanced Cabernet Sauvignon with rich layers of flavor. The Sunchase Vineyard is perched high above the fog at an elevation of between 900-1,400', where the Petaluma Wind Gap collides with Sonoma Mountain just over the Napa County border. The cool ocean breezes & moderate sunshine, paired with fractured rocky clay soil consistently produces distinguished Chardonnay.
