It will truly feel like you are in France when you savor the Sherwin Family wines in their unique tasting room located in the Spring Mountain region in St. The room is similar to an old chateau in the midst of a mountainous forest. There are glorious trees all around the vineyard and the tasting room is right in the thick of it all. Be sure to try the Sherwin’s Cellar Scraps wine. It’s an aromatic and easy going blend that the family produces each year. Cellar Scraps has a 15.1% alcohol content, robust volume, resolved tannins and a plum finish. As soon as you lift it toward your nose, you’ll notice the alluring aroma of raspberry, cinnamon, sage and even cherry pie.

25 years. It’s hard to believe it has been that long since September 11, 2001. It was a day of unimaginable loss and heartbreak, but it was also a day that revealed the incredible resilience, courage, and compassion of the American people. Our American flag bottles were created as a way to honor that spirit, and 25 years later, they continue to help support charities and those in need. We are incredibly grateful that something born from such a horrible day continues to make a difference all these years later. Today we pause to remember the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the heroes who stepped forward when they were needed most. We will never forget.
