Named a Top 20 Winery to Visit by the San Francisco Chronicle. Tres Sabores ("three tastes") was founded in 1999 by winemaker and owner, Julie Johnson, to explore the 'three savory flavors' in every glass of wine: the taste of the vine, the terroir, and the good company around the table. The property is filled with growing history as olives and vines were planted here over a century ago. Today, the farm is a certified organic (CCOF) grower of Cabernet, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot, pomegranates, Meyer lemons, and Olives. We also raise Guinea fowl and sheep who serve not only as lawn mowers and the mobile fertilization team for the ranch but also 'go to market' and are served in some of the finest farm to table restaurants in the Bay Area. It takes a lot of hands to make great wine!

In that spirit, we celebrate and raise a glass to all who help to make it happen- on this, the last day of our Vintage 2026 Estate Zinfandel harvest!!

We are happy to report that the essence of their “only could be grown here” flavors and verve are as amazing as ever!

And speaking of Zin, our 25th release of Estate Zinfandel is coming soon… Stay tuned!

Oh What a Night! We were honored to be “in on” and host a Harvest Dinner with “Napa’s Best Kept Secret” -
and Chef Brooke Garlieb!

Fun with Fermentation was the theme, and did not disappoint. The Zin was amazing with the Cedar Plank King Salmon & Zhug— which added another item to the list of menu highlights for our estate Zinfandel!

It was a coming out party for our 2023 Petite Sirah ( release date September 1st ). Over the top delicious with the fermented Jimmy Nardellos!

Can we do it again??
