It’s harvest at Whitehall Lane, and we’re celebrating with one of our favorite traditions: the Blessing of the GrapesšŸ‡

We blessed our first bin of red grapes to arrive at the winery, Pinot Noir is officially in, and Harvest 2026 is underway. Cheers to the season aheadšŸ¾

Just a quick PSAšŸšØā€¦ and if it sounds obvious, maybe it should be. The ultimate souvenir from wine country is winešŸ·šŸ¤

Not just any wine—we’re talking about the small-production bottles crafted by family-owned wineries that you can’t find on the shelves of your local wine shopšŸ„°šŸ‡

Show up to your next dinner party with a bottle that isn’t just Napa Valley summer in a bottle—it’s something truly special. A wine with a story. A wine you discovered yourself. A wine that can only be purchased directly from the wineryā¤ļø

So, when you visit wine country, take a few bottles home with you and bring a little piece of Napa Valley back to your tablešŸ“

Summer hosting doesn’t have to be complicatedā˜€ļøāœØ

We’re big believers in supporting local—whether it’s the farmers growing your tomatoes or the family-owned winery pouring your winešŸ‡šŸ’›šŸ…For us, there’s no better pairing than a classic caprese sandwich and a glass of Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc on a warm Napa Valley afternoon.

Here’s our formula:

Heirloom tomatoes from St. Helena Farmers' Market
Crusty bread
Fresh mozzarella
"The good olive oil"
Flaky sea salt
A chilled bottle of Whitehall Lane Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc

That’s it. That’s the summer menu. Save this for your next summer gathering and send it to the friend who’s always in charge of the charcuterie boardšŸ„‚

We had a little visitor on our Crush Pad this morningšŸ‘€

Part of our sustainability efforts includes natural pest control in our vineyards. We have two owl boxes at our Winery Estate Vineyard, where owl families nest and help keep small critters in check.

Sometimes, however, the fledglings get a little too excited and leave the nest before they’re quite ready—like this young guyšŸ¦‰

Thankfully, our friends at Napa Wildlife Rescue were quick to help. They’ll care for him at their rehabilitation center, make sure he’s healthy and able to hunt on his own, and then release him back into the wild where he belongsā¤ļø

A big thank you to Napa Wildlife Rescue for helping protect the incredible wildlife that calls Napa Valley home.
