Friends and fam. We are ill-prepared to share this news with you as we barely have had time to process it ourselves — however it has begun to leak into the social stream so let us take hold of it now. Early on Wednesday morning, our brilliant, extraordinary, dearly beloved dad passed away at Keck Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he was hospitalized briefly for complications from an immunotherapy regimen he was undergoing after being diagnosed with lung cancer shortly after Christmas. He was one day shy of his 82nd birthday. We are heartbroken, but we are strong because of the two heroic parents who raised us and made everything we have done here possible. One of them remains with us and she is as ever our foundation and our glue — and with Mom, we will get through this as we have so many other challenges in our lives. We appreciate all of you who show our family and our brand so much love. You buoy us in the best of times and will anchor us through this present trial.
