The Pestoni Family have been making wine in the Napa Valley since 1892. Our estate winery upholds the high standards and practices of our great-great-grandfather’s winemaking tradition without compromise. From growing to harvest, fermentation to bottling, every step in our process is accomplished by hand to achieve the purest expression of place. We are honored to produce premium wines that not only express the distinct personalities of each of our estate vineyards, but also preserve something of our family history.

Harvest at Lone Acre Vineyard, a tiny site in the heart of the Rutherford Bench that continues to leave an impression.

Less than an acre in size, Lone Acre sits among some of Napa Valley’s most storied vineyards, with deep alluvial soils layered with gravel and clay. Morning light and cooling afternoon breezes help shape Cabernet Sauvignon with the balance, depth, and structure that define this special corner of Rutherford.

At this site, we partner with Matteo Abreu and Abreu Vineyard Management, who tend the vines and harvest the fruit by hand each year.
