"I’m self taught and have been crocheting for about 6 years; I’ve only been crocheting plushies for about 4 years.

I was lucky to have a friend introduce me to the Farmers Market world 3 years where I can share my craft with others.

It makes me happy when customers love my plushies as much as I love making them.

I recently incorporated the world of 3D printing into my craft as well."

" Hi, my name is Shannon Hale with Hale's Homemade. I'm from Dixon Montana. As a proud Wife, mother, and grandmother, I enjoy making all the different products for you to enjoy, such as laundry whip. My product is a laundry detergent that has cleaner ingredients packaged in a reusable glass jar instead of plastic. I also have a variety of beaded items, mini cakes in different flavors each week, and a rotating variety of other items. So please come check out the market and say hello to me. I look forward to meeting you!"

Meet this week's featured vendors: Mountains of the Moon Farm operated by Barret and Kelly:

Barret and Kelly’s love for farming and contributing to local food systems brought them to cultivating a farm in the Jocko Valley just outside of St.ignatius, where the bison and Mission Mountains decorate their landscape.

Mountains of the Moon Farm is certified organic, and is a very diversified farm growing vegetables, flowers, culinary and medicinal herbs. You can find Barret out fixing the tractor or weeding the carrots while Kelly frolics in the medicinal herb fields collecting seed for Triple Divide Seeds or gathering flowers to make garlic braids.

They have so much gratitude to be in their third season of production at this location, which brings them a closer and closer connection to the land, soil, and cycles.
