PUMPKIN SPICE LATTES ARE BACK, BABY. ☕️🍂

And yes, I am fully aware it’s still 100° in Missouri.
Do I care? Not even a little bit. 😂💅🏼

I will crank that A/C down to arctic blast, grab my PIPING HOT PSL, and pretend it’s 55°, the leaves are falling, and I’ve got somewhere important to be in a cute sweater and boots.

Because around here, we don’t wait for Mother Nature to declare fall.

This is officially my SECOND favorite day of the year—because Christmas will forever hold the crown. 🎄👑

Sometimes the definition of being a Boujee Farm Wife is a little less “country chic” and a little more… sweeping 17 different varieties of feathered-animal s**t off the patio while still dressed for work. 😂🐓🦆🦃🪿

Because apparently the chickens, ducks, turkeys, geese, and whoever else attended today’s patio party did NOT get the memo that this is supposed to be my cute outdoor space. 🙄

But hey… hair’s done, jewelry’s on, work clothes are still somewhat presentable, and I’m out here wielding a broom like the sophisticated farm woman I am. 💅🏼🧹

Even your Chicken Dealer needs a Chicken Dealer 💅🐥

What started as a simple:
“Hey babe, I’m stopping by the feed store for cat food.” 📞🐈

quickly turned into:
“Well… while you’re there, my chick order came in today too. Can you pick them up for me?” 🤭🐥

And just like that, Farmer Jeremy rolled back into the driveway with 20+ new babies, in a variety of breeds & his singular bag of cat food 🫠🐈🐣

Huge shoutout to Bouse Mercantile for being The Boujee Farm Wife’s official Chicken Dealer and supplier of all the feed it takes to keep this funny farm fully operational.

At this point, my husband doesn’t even ask questions anymore. He just loads the truck, accepts his fate, and prepares himself for the next episode of:

Sometimes life gets busy and you just have to surround yourself with a few sweet little pieces of ass to keep yourself sane 🤣

After a wild weekend celebrating our son’s upcoming high school graduation and a chaotic Monday that tested every ounce of my patience, I needed a minute to breathe. But around here, relaxing usually still involves chores — and grooming my three mini donkeys, Curley, Jenny, and Bunny, was high on my list.

So the second I got home, I grabbed my shedding comb, scissors, and a pocket full of “cookies,” and headed straight to the pasture for a little farm therapy. 💕

Curley, Jenny, and Bunny all got the full spa treatment — brushing, de-shedding, and little trims around their eyes and ears. And judging by the looks on their faces, I’d say they were feeling just as boujee as their mama.

Meanwhile, Farmer Jeremy came home to find me out in the pasture loving on and pampering his competition in the ass department 🤣 Naturally, he appointed himself my unpaid photographer while I spoiled the babies rotten.

And because no peaceful farm moment can ever stay peaceful for long, Farmer Jeremy’s loudmouth girlfriend, TweedleDee the Goose, made sure everyone within a five-mile radius knew she was present too. 🪿🙄

Honestly though… evenings like this are good for the soul. Just me, my donkeys, a little sass, a lot of hair flying everywhere, and the kind of peace you can only find out in the pasture. ❤️

Thank you to every single one of you who came out to support us today at The St. James Farmers Market. Because of YOU, we completely SOLD OUT of our yogurt, granola, milk, and eggs — and my heart is just overflowing with gratitude. 🥹🌿

There is something so special about this community… the kind smiles, the conversations, the love you pour into small businesses like ours. It truly means the world to this Boujee Farm Wife and her tiny farm assistant, Baby Matilda (who clearly stole the show 🐱🍼).
