We pride ourselves on having the freshest, most quality ingredients, and most unique flavors. We have a salesroom where you can purchase our pickle products, gifts, and some locally-made items. There is also a sampling station to try our pickles! We also offer informational tours of the Pickle Plant April through October, where you can learn all about the pickle process, and even sample some of our gourmet pickles!

Spread the word! Sechler’s Pickles, Inc is hiring a Quality Control Technician for our facility in St. Joe, IN. Sechler’s Pickles has been in the food manufacturing business for over 120 years, producing some of the highest quality and uniquely flavored pickles and peppers in the industry.

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities:

Computer Knowledge
Ensuring quality from start to finish.
Skilled in completing required tracking paperwork.
Conducting product testing.
Able to assist in various positions during production.
Be able to work alone as well as with others.
Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Be a self-starter.
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
Be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Possess basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or food processing.
Have an understanding of quality standards, hygiene, and work safety.
Be self-motivated with a good work ethic and have a strong drive for results.
Will possess a high school diploma or GED.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Job is full time with day shift only.

Hey Pickle Fans! Just a quick heads-up if you're planning on visiting our Showroom next week. We will be CLOSED all day on Monday, September 7th for Labor Day and we will only been open from 8:30-NOON on Friday, September 11th due to scheduled maintenance in the afternoon.
Tuesday-Thursday we will be open our regular hours, which are 8:30-4:30.
