Butchered our first Kunekune pig yesterday. Tried some the italian and breakfast sausage this morning and it was the BEST sausage I have ever had in my life!

This is only a portion of the meat, we had a friend come in to butcher for us and he got a cut 😊. I will be rendering the pig fat into lard this coming week. Can't wait to try baking with it!
