At this point, Iโ€™m in Trader Joeโ€™s every other day, so honestly, they should just give me an employee discount. ๐Ÿ˜‚

Todayโ€™s completely necessary business expense: CHEESE. ๐Ÿง€

I found a few new ones that obviously needed to come home with me for some very serious professional research. And by โ€œresearch,โ€ I mean eating cheese and deciding which upcoming Wild & Grazey spreads they deserve to be on.

Itโ€™s a tough job. Iโ€™m very brave. ๐Ÿซก๐Ÿง€

So if you spot one of these beauties on your next grazeโ€ฆ just know I personally wandered the Trader Joeโ€™s cheese section approximately 47 times to find it.

Sometimes the dream gets really closeโ€ฆ and then it doesnโ€™t work out.

I thought I found the future home of Wild & Grazey. I pictured the events, the classes, the grazing tables, the w**e nightsโ€”all of it. ๐Ÿฅ‚โœจ

But after doing my due diligence, asking the hard questions, and realizing this particular space wasnโ€™t the right fit, I made the decision to walk away.

Am I bummed? Absolutely.

Did I create custom wallpaper? Yes. Had I picked paint colors? Yes. Did I already mentally rearrange equipment?Also yes. ๐Ÿ˜‚

But Iโ€™ve learned enough in business to know that forcing the wrong opportunity just because youโ€™re excited about it can cost you a whole lot more than starting the search again. Never ignore the ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ๐Ÿšฉ

Soโ€ฆ back to the hunt. ๐Ÿ”‘

The Wild & Grazey space is still happening. It just hasnโ€™t found the right address, yet.

Is everything under control? Absolutely not.

Do I have a plan? Several.

Am I still the main character? Obviously.

A day in the life of a charcuterie artist + caterer โœจ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿฅ‚

Some days itโ€™s shopping and prepping, some days itโ€™s building beautiful grazing tables, loading the car like a game of Tetris, setting up events, networking, answering emailsโ€ฆand somehow finding time to actually run the business in between. ๐Ÿ˜‚

But there are two things you can pretty much guarantee every day will involve:
