This summer in New York State, the Lavender Festival at Riverview Lavender Farm is bound to be one of the most beautiful events of the warm season in the state! Held July 5 and July 11–12 from 10am–4pm at Candee’s Tree Farm in Phoenix, you can wander rows of blooming lavender and pick your own bundle to take home. The farm sits just off Exit 11, about five miles north of Route 31. with the lavender farm a small part of the larger Candee's Tree Farm. Expect a small, laid-back setup with local vendors offering food, crafts, and artwork, with possible live music during the day...offering a great chance for you to "shop local", with the farm set to confirm more details in the lead-up to the event. You’ll also find handmade goods like lavender soaps, bath bombs, candles, salves, oils, eye pillows, and lavender-stuffed animals sold from the farm itself here. The scent of fresh lavender fills the air as you walk the fields and browse, adding to the allure of this great little festival in NY!
