The temps are rising, the green mountains are lush, and our farms are starting to crank! Over the next two weeks we’ll rolling out some summer specials and phasing away some winter dishes before our official summer menu drops after Father’s Day. The first specials to debut are Scallop Scampi for dinner service and this Horseradish Roast Beef Sandwich we’re running on special during lunch this week.
Scallop Scampi ($36) features the same delicious buttery white wine sauce you remember from last year but this summer we’re letting her be a staple all season served on the last reserves of our Bucatini.
The Horseradish Roast Beef Sandwich ($19) has a horseradish & pea shoot aioli with Ovoline Mozz, arugula n’ cukes, and our house made pickled red onions on fresh baguette as per usual.
We’re feeling so jazzed on all the regional, agrarian goodness that we’ll also be pouring ‘23 Ci Confonde Rose on special by the glass for a bit because it’s delicious, it’s Maggie’s favorite, and she wants all of you to taste it 😋
