I’ve got 18lbs of burnt ends for sale. Vacuum sealed and ready to go! Just add your favorite bbq sauce!

$25lb. One pound feeds 3-4 people.

I will have 17lbs of individually wrapped, vacuum sealed pulled pork for sale tomorrow, July 28th. I have a few 2lb packages and some 1lb. This was recently cooked, vacuum sealed and frozen.

Hello everyone. I just wanted to post an update about our business as I get weekly requests for bbq. Where will we be next or when is our next event, are we still doing bbq etc..

The short of it is, yes, we are still doing bbq. With Aaron and I both having full time jobs and Aaron having his son in sports, it is very difficult for us to set aside the time it takes to make quality bbq and then go set up and sell on the weekend. We haven't quit, but we have scaled back a bit. Our wish is to have a food truck or even a restaurant, but having either of those is a tremendous amount of work and time.

We are still taking catering orders for weddings, birthday parties, or any special event! So if you're interested in booking us for catering, please reach out. We have a full catering menu available.

We are very thankful for all who have supported us and the friendships we have made through our bbq endeavor.

Well our last event for the year is in the books. We had a great time and really appreciate everyone that came out to support us at Amazonia 2nd Annual Harvest Festival. We love our customers and our friends!

Catch us this weekend October 14th and 15th! We will be set up selling our signature BBQ at the Amazonia 2nd Annual Harvest Festival.

Friday we will have a reduced menu of Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Nachos. Saturday will be our full menu. Pulled Pork, Burnt Ends and Turkey Legs! Be sure to come see us as this will be our last event of 2022!

We would like to give a big shout out to all that supported us this last weekend at the Southside Fall Festival. Thank you to the 2022 Southside Fall Festival for their wonderful helpful staff and allowing us to be a part of this years festival. We look forward to next year and hope to see all of you again. Hi everyone. There IS NOT a recall on our turkey legs. The recall was on Butterball ground turkey. We secured turkey legs from our wholesale distributor on 9/15/22 and was checked by the St Joseph Health Department yesterday and today. There was no recall on our turkey legs.

We are however sold out of turkey legs but have plenty of bbq left! Thanks to all of our loyal customers and friends that have supported us!
