Good afternoon! I am pleased to announce the beginning of the Hot Dog Kart season. Although we won’t officially start daily service for a few more weeks, we plan on popping up the umbrella on Saturday, May 2nd. As usual our hours will be 11 AM to 3 PM. Come grab a dog and watch the junior Blossom time parade.

Good morning! The Hot Dog cart will be making an early appearance this evening at the Box Factory for the  PechaKucha event. We will be serving dogs from 6:30 till about 8:00pm. Stop by for this wonderful event.

Good morning and happy first day of school to all kids and especially parents 👍🏼 As our hotdog cart season winds down I wanna thank everyone once again for a very successful summer. You’re the reason we keep coming back to that iconic corner every year. I know Ben is smiling down on all of us. With all of our wonderful we**ie makers back in school Our schedule for this week will be Friday through Labor Day. Have a terrific weekend and we will see you next weekend.

Happy Fourth of July to everyone. Sorry about the delay today in our start time, but we held off a little bit because of the weather. Fortunately didn’t rain much but we will stay a little bit longer today to make up for our late start. Nothing more American than some fireworks and of course a hotdog!

Good morning! Now that the weather is starting to break and we’re approaching June the hotdog cart will begin daily operation from 11 to 3 starting today. We hope to see you down there and hope that the parking situation does not keep you away from grabbing a delicious Chicago dog Entering our 41st year of operation in downtown Saint Joseph. Like I mentioned in a previous post if you’re driving by and don’t see a line feel free to roll down your window and Shout out your order while you drive around the block while we prepare it. Hopefully that might help some, especially more elderly people  who might have a difficult time trying to download an app or walk several blocks. Thank you for your continued support and look forward to seeing you downtown. 🌭❤️
