My day started with this breathtaking sunrise, a beautiful reminder of the blessings and opportunities each new day brings. ❤️

Today, I had the opportunity to share the Legacy Chest and Legacy Workshops at Aging with a Flourish.

There is something so special about helping people preserve their stories, share their memories, and celebrate the connections that make life meaningful.

Through the Legacy Chest and our workshops, we encourage families and individuals to capture the stories, traditions, recipes, photographs, and treasured moments that deserve to be passed down through generations.

Because everyone’s story matters. 💕

In loving memory of Hallie. 💜

Today, I delivered this bouquet to Simplicity Health in honor of Hallie, whose life was taken by domestic violence earlier this year.

Hallie loved Gerbera daisies and stickers. Including her favorite flowers beside a basket of stickers offered a personal way to remember her and share something she loved.

Flowers can hold meaning beyond what we see—the memory of a person, their favorite things, and the love that continues after they are gone.

My heart is with Hallie’s family, friends, and everyone who knew and loved her. May this display offer a moment of remembrance and encourage compassion and support for those affected by domestic violence. 💜

Today I attended the communal burial at Calvary Cemetery to honor babies whose lives ended far too soon and the families who carry their love every day. 🩷🩵

After 22 years as an OB nurse, supporting families through pregnancy and loss remains close to my heart. Today was a tender reminder of how much it matters to show up, remember, and make room for grief.

That same compassion is at the heart of Holistic Flower Farm—connection, honoring lives, and preserving memories. Every life, however brief, is part of a family’s story.

On this Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day, I’m holding these babies and their families in prayer, along with everyone carrying a loss quietly in their heart.

Whether you held your baby in your arms or held dreams of the life you would share, your love is real. Whether your loss was recent or many years ago, your grief deserves compassion.

Your baby matters. Your baby is remembered. And you are not alone. 🤍👼🏻
