Today has been eventful to say the least! Lots and LOTS of produce from yesterday's farmers market in Platte City. Hours of cutting out tomato cores and blending everything together for a MONSTER batch of salsa. Ill have to process it tomorrow because this momma is TIRED! See y'all tomorrow for an update on what else we've made!
