Douglas - Black IPA

Named after the Douglas Fir—native to the Pacific Northwest—our Black IPA (Cascadian Dark Ale) delivers a bold hop punch while preserving the rich depth of a dark ale. Notes of chocolate and toasted marshmallow provide a sturdy malt backbone that perfectly balances the piney, resinous, and citrus-forward hop profile. A beautifully defined b**r, showcasing harmony between malt and hops.

Dortmunder Gold L***r is an old school German-style b**r originating in 1873. Golden in color with pillowy white foam and aromas of Nobel German and Czech hops. Dortmunder Gold has a soft up-front sweetness from Pilsner malt that melds into biscuit malt flavors from Munich malt. Medium bitterness upfront is accentuated by the high mineral content of the water used to brew this b**r.

Steel Toe’s traditional example of this style begins with hues of deep gold and orange, capped with glorious foam that journeys into biscuit malt and subtle caramel flavor and aroma. Medium body with a smooth, silky mouthfeel that is accented by a touch of bitterness. Prost!🍻 6% ABV
