Well now they are naked!
They don't seem to mind. They were so greasy and nasty from last breeding season that they needed this! They even got a bath!

For anyone that does not know already, we have chickens and ducks on our little farm! Well not so little anymore if you go by animal count!
We have a very wide variety of birds!

We have lavender, black, and golden orpington chickens, silver laced wyndot chickens, Cornish rock, rhode island whites and reds, red rangers, easter egger chickens, 2 Guinea hens, and 1 turkey!

We also have some nice ducks.
A few blue runners, 1 chocolate runner, blue Swedish, black Swedish, and pekins.

A little late but better than never.
Daisy had a set of twin bucklings on 2-24-18.
Almost lost them but they survived and are thriving. (SOLD/SOLD)

Honey also had a set of twins on 2-24-18. 1 buck and 1 doe. The black one is the buckling and the red one is the doeling.

So for everyone who says our goats are skinny! Yes I know. Most of these goats are all rescues. We are rebuilding them slowly and giving them the best love and attention they can get. Most of these goats come from places where they are not taken care of and or not fed much and left to fend for themselves with little shelter, water, etc. Most have hooves thst have never been taken care of. Many don't even know what it feels like to be scratched or petted. Several have come to me emaciated and weak.

I do not want to overload them with heavy feed so they don't get sick from over eating.

Please be sure of what you are saying before making conclusions that these goats are under fed. Thank you and have a wonderful day!

Ginger had twins but we lost 1.
1 doing survived and is now a tank! There is a pic of her crawling on mom.

Brownie had twin boys and both are doing great! They are strutting their new green collars.

Lady Olive had twin doeling like 7 hours ago and so far so good. Such different colors!
