The Cajun Creole Cookers Dutch Oven Society was created to promote family oriented dutch oven cooking the the Bayou Tech area. On the first Saturday of every month cookers meet at Longfellow State Historic Site in St Martinville. Cooking starts at 9:00 am and food is served at 12:00.
