🥩Know Where Your Beef Comes From

Right now, U.S. beef imports from Brazil are dropping sharply due to new tariffs. That means more attention is on American ranchers to feed our families.

At Rohrbach Cattle Co. every cut of beef comes from cattle raised right here in Ohio. No overseas imports. No uncertainty about where your food comes from. Just locally raised, traceable beef you can trust. 🇺🇸

When you buy from us, you are not just buying beef. You are supporting American ranchers, American jobs, and the future of sustainable local food.

Better for your table. Better for your community.

Beef prices are soaring across the US right now, driven by the lowest national herd size in decades and strong consumer demand. For shoppers, that means higher prices at the grocery store and beef that often comes from cattle raised across multiple states and feedlots.

At Rohrbach Cattle Co., we do things differently. We raise our herd right here in Ohio, so you know exactly where your beef comes from. That means:

✅ Consistent quality
✅ Transparent sourcing
✅ Prices that beat the big-box stores

When supply tightens nationally, supporting your local farm is not just better for your plate—it is better for your wallet and your community. Taste the difference of true Ohio-raised beef

Ever wonder what’s actually in your grocery store ground beef? 👀

Most store-bought beef is blended from multiple animals, processed at massive facilities, and shipped across the country. You don’t know where it came from, what it was fed, or how it was raised. That’s mystery meat.

At Rohrbach Cattle Co., every package of beef comes from a single animal we raised ourselves — on pasture, without shortcuts, hormones, or unnecessary antibiotics.

✅ One cow.
✅ One farm.
✅ One family.
✅ 100% grass-fed & finished.
✅ No additives, no fillers, no hormones.

This is beef you can trace, trust, and taste.

Know your farmer. Know your food.

🥩 Know Your Beef. Know the Difference.
Over 80% of U.S. beef comes from massive feedlots where cattle are packed tight, pumped with growth hormones, and fed a grain-based diet. At family farms like ours, cattle are 100% pasture-raised, moved regularly, and raised hormone- and antibiotic-free—the way nature intended.

🌿 Grass-fed beef contains up to:
✔️ 5x more Omega-3s
✔️ 2x more Vitamin A & E
✔️ 3x more CLA (a healthy fat that may reduce cancer risk)

🇺🇸 When you buy farm-raised beef, you’re not just buying food—you’re backing local families, sustainable practices, and ethical animal care.

🔥 When the beef’s this good, all you need is a flame, a cast iron, and someone who knows what they’re doing.

Jojo cooked up one of our Rohrbach ribeyes and brought it to life the way it was meant to be — simple, bold, and full of flavor.

We raise our cattle with care, patience, and pride — no shortcuts, no fluff. Just honest beef that speaks for itself when it hits the skillet.

📍 Locally raised in the heart of cattle country.
🥩 From pasture to plate, this is what good eating looks like.
