At St. Michaels Salt Company, we’ve created more than a shop — we’ve created a place to gather, sip, explore, and create. Browse our handcrafted small-batch finishing salts, cocktail rimmers, infused sugars, botanicals, and curated coastal goods, all made from scratch using thoughtfully sourced ingredients and fresh produce we dehydrate in-house.

But the heart of the experience is our interactive Blend Bar — where guests can craft their own custom salt and sugar blends using our collection of citrus, herbs, florals, spices, and botanicals. Sample your creations paired with mini margaritas, then unwind in our beautiful courtyard with friends while discovering new flavors together.

Nothing goes to waste here.

At St. Michaels Salt Company, sustainability isn’t a trend — it’s part of our process. Every lime begins its journey fresh in our kitchen, where we carefully remove the rind and dehydrate it slowly to create the vibrant citrus powders used in our signature cocktail rimmers and finishing salts. The fresh fruit itself is then squeezed daily for the margaritas served at San Miguels and The Galley.

We do the same with our lemons, oranges, jalapeños, and botanicals — thoughtfully repurposing every ingredient we bring through our doors. From fresh juice to handcrafted salts, every piece has a purpose.
