The first menu is locked for our residency at Barrel Theory Beer Company. The Queen and I are beyond excited to be cooking again after the holiday break. Our residency starts this Friday January 6th at 4pm 📢📢📢

This summer classic is back and it’s the wake up call you need going into ‘23! We braise chicken thighs for what seems like days in our scratch made Mojo. Punchy and bright, topped with classic street taco fixings and a lime crema!
Curry👏Braised👏Pork👏Shoulder👏
We are taking our barked out pork shoulder, remember those MN Pockets 🤯🤤🤯, and braising it low and slow in green curry! Topped with Cambo-Chimi, think South East Asian chimichurri, and a Cambodian Crema. Fans of the Queen’s Cambodian steak sauce this is your taco!
Each taco comes 💪stacked💪 on a 6 inch corn tortilla and you can mix and match any two for only $15!!!
We not done, Black Beans and Mexican rice are the only pairing in our minds for these tacos. Both come together for only $5 and they will also be our vegetarian option.
Looking for dessert? The Queen said say less. The scratch made by hand Oatmeal Cream Pie from Roll’d Up Twin Cities Bistro is back and is giving you all those warm, nostalgic vibes for only $5.
