* Good up to 6 months in the freezer
* Leftovers can be re-freeze
* Spice level is equivalent to hot Cheeto. If you like it spicier, just add your own chili pepper or Thai chili for a real kick.
* Easy to use. Remove lid microwave the container roughly for 1 or 2 minutes until sauce loosens then pour into a pot on the stove to completely warm it. Then pour over your cooked seafood, mix, and enjoy!
