Super yummy experimental dinner tonight. Z gave it two thumbs up! 🥰

Meg’s Zucchini Patty’s

Shredded zucchini (used the flex+)
Mini bell peppers (manual food processor)
PC Garlic
Pineapple Sage (fresh from the garden)
Lemon Pepper
2 eggs
PC Pea Protein powder
Flour

Mixed together in the PC mixing bowl

Fried in PC Basil infused olive oil with the Stainless Nonstick PC 10 inch pan.

Served with sour cream. Yummy….so good!
