When we first started making Cardinal Kitchen crisps, we used seed oils too. But over time, we became more intentional about every ingredient in our products — and decided to switch to olive oil instead.

For us, it’s never about fear or perfection. It’s about creating snacks made with ingredients we genuinely feel good about eating ourselves.

Your Memorial Day lunch sorted 🤍

Inspired by goodfoodie healthy tuna salad and made with tuna — served straight onto Cardinal Kitchen Seed Crisps for the perfect crunch.

Recipe:
1 5oz can tuna (we used yellowfin tuna in olive oil)
3 tbsp Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 celery stalk, diced
2 tbsp red onion, minced
1 tbsp parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper

Instructions: Mix all ingredients together until combined. Season to taste. Load straight onto Cardinal Kitchen Seed Crisps and enjoy!
