It is with deep sorrow that we share the news that Jim Thomas passed away on June 30. Jim was the second generation owner of Thomas Liquors for over 60 years. He was a man of strong faith, family, and community.

Jim converted his father’s pharmacy into a liquor store and fostered the evolution of the business into the neighborhood wine shop that it is today. He cared about this place until his dying day. Right up to the end he was asking about the store, about the staff, about the community and customers that helped build this business with him. His legacy lives on.

We love and miss you, Papa. You gave it absolutely all you had and we are all eternally grateful. Rest in peace.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Nativity of Our Lord on Monday, July 20th at 11am with visitation beginning at 9:30am. Obituary available in bio.
