Volcanes with Chicken. Comal toasted corn tortillas loaded with chihuahua cheese till it melts; add chicken cooked in guajillo and ancho chile sauce and top with guacamole.
Perfect with our Very Verde sauce!

We are so grateful to our friend Ruth Kashmark and the staff 620clubstp for hosting another Maker’s Market. Having someone so supportive of our neighborhood is just another reason to patronize her fine establishment and so many others- it’s is a testimony to why the West End is the best neighborhood in St. Paul.
