Grab a Per Se when you stop by Archival Brewing!

We are open with a full menu again every Monday!

Mondays are a great chance to try out our brand NEW menus items, like our Mediterranean Pizza!

Our house sourdough crust topped with garlic oil, mozzarella, artichokes, guanciale, and Pebble Creek mushrooms. Try it with any of our Dry Hopped January beers or a non-alcoholic cocktail or wine from Uncharted Zero Proof Cocktails, Per Se, and Buzzkill Wines!

We're open every Monday from 3-8pm, kitchen closes at 7pm.

We believe in belonging.

That belief doesn’t turn off when it’s uncomfortable. That’s when it matters most.

We’ve been quiet not because we had nothing to say, but because this moment calls for care and community. Not noise.

How are you showing up for one another?
