The MN PROMISE Act Grant is a state-supported grant designed to help disadvantaged, community-based small businesses and nonprofits in areas of Minnesota impacted by structural inequities, lack of capital access, population decline, or economic shifts.

Today, Sunday, July 25th, 2021, Aden Thao the first Hmong international motorcyclist and St. Paul Mayor Melvin Carter will visit the Hmong Village. Aden will be here from 11:30am to 2:00pm, and the Mayor will visit at 1:00pm. Please stop by to say hi to them. Aden will autograph posters!!!
