I am so excited to try these new COLD BREW fruit syrups!

WATERMELON 🍉 infused simple syrup is currently brewing, and later this week I will be attempting a GRAPEFRUIT simple syrup!

I can't wait to try these!

**Cold brew syrups have a fairly short shelf life, so I add high quality vodka as a preservative (1/2oz to 12oz syrup). This extends the syrup life to a full month when properly stored in the refrigerator. Without it, cold brew syrups stay fresh for about 10-12 days**

Cinnamon infused simple syrup! This syrup is SO versatile! It brings your coffee game to the next level!

Add it to hot or iced coffee and teas, add it to hot water with a squeeze of lemon for a soothing evening drink. Splash a little into your oatmeal, or serve warm over pancakes, waffles, or French toast!

Add it to your old fashioned instead of your regular sweetener! A nice sweet bourbon is the one to use here!

What would you use cinnamon syrup for?

What's brewing? Berry syrups!

My husband and I had another couple over for dinner last night. I made a fresh batch of blueberry syrup for cocktails and I discovered a GAME CHANGING cocktail!

I'm not a big drinker but I had two of these because it was so good! The best part is that it's so easy to make without the booze, and still as delicious!

What you need:
1 cup ice
1 ½ ounces vodka, chilled
4 tbsp blueberry simple syrup
3 ounces sparkling water, or soda water
1/2 a lemon, squeezed
4-6 blueberries, for garnish

How to make it:
Add vodka, blueberry simple syrup, and soda or sparkling water to ice filled low ball glass.
Squeeze in half a lemon.
Garnish with extra blueberries if desired.

Serving suggestions:
To serve the drinks choose a short 8-ounce glass. I like to garnish with any edible flowers or shrubs I may have at the time in my garden. Rosemary sprigs always look nice. Try topping drinks with a few floating blueberries.

Frozen blueberries are a great way to garnish and help keep your drinks cold. If you find the drink a bit too sweet just add another squeeze of fresh lemon.

Give this cocktail a try!

Kersey Infusions is proud to present a new product in our flavored infusion line!

Homemade Grenadine!

Grenadine is typically known as a bar syrup, used to flavor and color all kinds of cocktails. It is also well known for the kids' Shirley Temples.

Grenadine is often mistaken for a cherry syrup but is actually, and historically, made from pomegranates!

This isn't the bright red stuff you've bought in the store! The most popular brand of grenadine has high fructose corn syrup as its FIRST ingredient, followed by some preservatives and artificial coloring.

The word grenadine itself originates from the French word 'gr***de' which means pomegranate, from Latin granatum "seeded."

Our Homemade Grenadine is made from pomegranate juice, pomegranate molasses, orange blossom water, and sugar. Nothing artificial!

Grenadine is a home bar staple! Get yours today!

8 oz bottle--$12.00
