Some fun new arrivals from around the world have landed this Tuesday evening, October 13th! Some of these are very hard to come by these days, some are beautifully quirky, and some are just superb new brews! The lineup:
1) Hoffstetten Granit Bock 2010 Vintage Doppelbock - the sugars in this b**r were caramelized by adding hot granite rocks! Doppelbock, creme brulee style!
2) Vapeur Saison de Pipaix - Saisons have been VERY difficult to track down lately. act fast on this one from France.
3) Lemke Budike Weisse Waldmeister - a proper German Berliner-Weisse returns to the shelves! Very sour, acidic, and exquisitely crafted.
4) Konig Ludwig Weissbier - A new German Weissbier! Germany does not miss with this style.
5) Iqhilika South African Coffee Mead - beverages from South Africa are quite hard to get; we've had multiple requests lately for anything from the African regions and this is likely all we'll be able to source for a while!
6) Hitachino Nest Sunbathing Owl - superlative l***r with calamansi oranges from the Phillippines and sansho pepper from Japan! One of the BEST b**rs i've ever tasted, sheer delight! Get it NOW!
As always, these things can disappear quickly, and it is unlikely we'll see any more of any of these for quite a long time. If you're interested, swing on in!
