We're ready for the 12-day marathon, but history says we might still underestimate your collective appetite.

The countdown is officially on... 🦃🎡

When you visit Turkey To Go® at the Minnesota State Fair this year, you might notice things are looking a little different and a whole lot better.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been hard at work getting our building ready for another unforgettable year at the Great Minnesota Get-Together. With the help of an incredible contracting team, we’ve added new flooring, sidewalks, siding and ovens, along with refreshed signage that brings the rebrand we launched last summer to life.

And now? The turkey is already in the ovens, our chefs are on-site, and the countdown to opening day is very real.

There’s an incredible amount of work that happens before the gates ever open. Vendors, contractors, farmers, chefs, crews and small businesses across Minnesota pour months of time and energy into making these 12 days happen.

We’re proud to be one small part of a Minnesota tradition that takes a whole lot of people to bring to life.
