We’ve got the essentials covered with an incredible array of tinned fish, featuring Jose Gourmet, Espinaler, Ortiz, Fangst, and more! Paired with a freshly baked baguette or some of our signature house made garlic crostini, maybe a glass of something bubbly, and you’ve got dinner ready to go. Fall is in full swing at the St. Paul Meat Shop!🍂 Delicious things await you in our case - we recently introduced Za’atar chicken legs to our lineup of marinated ready to cook meals - incredibly delicious when paired with some roasted root veggies and makes for a super quick and easy late night dinner
Our fall soups have all arrived - cozy favorites like chicken wild rice, chorizo and corn chowder, yellow squash curry, and posole. Pair it with one of our freshly baked baguettes and your cozy night in is ready to go!

If your love language is pasta and you haven’t checked out the selection the St. Paul Meat Shop and St. Paul Cheese Shop, you’re seriously missing out. We’ve got a whole section of pastas imported to our cozy little shops directly from Italy, in (almost) every shape you can imagine, from classic semolina favorites like bucatini, fusilli and rainbow orecchiette to some wonderfully unique ones like Le Letterine (tiny alphabet pasta!)
We also carry La Rosa gluten-free pastas, made with corn and rice flour. Our GF and celiac customers LOVE these because they have a great texture and bite, similar to a classic semolina wheat pasta. And of course, our housemade fresh pasta, which is ready in just 3–5 minutes, is a customer fav. Pair it with our housemade basil pesto or bolognese (available at the St. Paul Meat Shop) and you have an easy weeknight dinner ready to go. Because we love it so much, all pasta is 15% off Thursday–Sunday🍝
