🇸🇪🍺 BREAKING NEWS: ABBA is invading Oktoberfest. And honestly, lederhosen may never recover.
On Saturday, September 12, get ready to say “Mamma Mia!” for a whole new reason as Totally ABBA takes the stage at St. Paul Oktoberfest!
Because apparently polka, bratwurst, and giant steins of b**r weren't already enough fun... somebody decided to add ABBA to the party.
Genius. Absolute genius. 🕺✨
At 8:15 PM, Totally ABBA by Ladies of the 80s will bring the unforgettable music of Sweden's favorite pop supergroup to the beautiful grounds of the Germanic-American Institute.
So grab your friends, practice your best dramatic disco entrance, and prepare yourself for an evening where the question isn't “Do you know the words?”
The question is:
“HOW LOUD are you willing to sing them?”
Because when the first notes of Dancing Queen hit, we fully expect at least 47 people to suddenly become professional backup singers. 🎤😂
🇸🇪 THE MUSIC: ABBA
🇩🇪 THE FESTIVAL: Oktoberfest
🍺 THE VIBE: Somewhere between Stockholm and Munich, with a brief stop at the disco.
Will there be dancing?
Obviously.
Will there be singing?
You bet your platform boots.
Will someone attempt to dance in lederhosen to Mamma Mia?
We're not saying it will happen...
We're saying we would be disappointed if it didn't. 😂
