he 100th. It leaves our customers with a less labor-intensive operation and should drastically eliminate variable issues (recipe, logistics, equipment) that prevent our customers from capturing the most revenue and reduce wine waste/loss.

Ever felt the winter rush get the best of your team? A venue that we work with started last winter deciding that mulled wine was a good idea, so they got their own recipe together, sourced the ingredients, and put it all together. The results were less than optimal - the recipe didn't sit well with customers, the temps were all over the place, and staff were stressed out trying to keep up with stove top mulling.
