Duke's Poutine is a family owned concession stand that serves "Quebec Style" Poutine and fairs, carnivals, and events around Minnesota and Iowa. "Quebec Style" Poutine is a term we dubbed to describe the way Poutine is typically served in Quebec - close to where Poutine is claimed to have originated. After sampling Poutine across Canada we felt that Quebec Style was the best and wanted to share it

in Minnesota! Duke's Poutine is made using local, fresh, white cheddar cheese curds, piping hot turkey gravy, and fresh thick-cut fries.
