80% of success is just showing up.

Lately, that has meant a lot of time behind tasting tables.

Different stores, different cities, different customers—but the same goal every time: give people a chance to taste Dapper Barons, talk cocktails and tell them the story behind our Minnesota-made spirits.

And we're not doing it alone. Our brand ambassadors have been out there doing the same thing at stores and events across Minnesota.

The spirits industry is going through a challenging stretch, and it's tempting for a small brand to pull back.

We're choosing to do the opposite.

We'll keep showing up. We'll keep meeting customers face-to-face. We'll keep supporting the stores that carry us. And we'll keep earning every new customer one conversation—and one cocktail—at a time.

We're grateful for everyone who has opened their doors to us, and especially for the people on our team who keep showing up alongside us.

A few years ago, Dapper Barons got dropped by our distributor.

That wasn't exactly in the business plan. 😂

We had to rebuild, figure out new ways to reach customers, and learn a lot about what actually drives a spirits brand.

I recently sat down with DrinkUp to talk about the real story behind Dapper Barons — including some of the twists and turns that don't usually make it into the polished version of the story.
