When I started my little cookie business in February of this year, I was in a season of unemployment and uncertainty. There were moments of excitement, doubt, and so many late nights wondering if all the hard work would be worth it.

Today, I’m celebrating something that feels so much bigger than a number: in the month of July, my business officially broke even 😆🤍🍪

To some, that may seem small. But to me, it’s a reminder that every late night, every market, every batch of cookies, and every leap of faith has been leading somewhere.

Most of all, I want to give all the glory to God. None of this would be possible without His faithfulness, His provision, and the doors He’s opened along the way. Looking back, I can see that even in a season of uncertainty, He was already making a way. He has carried me through every step of this journey, and I know He’s not finished yet 👏🏼

To every person who has ordered cookies, stopped by my market stand, shared a post, or simply encouraged me: thank you ❤️ You’ve supported a dream that means so much to me, and I don’t ever want to take that for granted.

This is only the beginning, and I’m so excited to see where God takes Baked by Dez. Thank you for being part of this journey 🫶🏼💕
