Big Hill Farm

Big Hill Farm Promoting organic and sustainable agriculture on the Gustavus campus. Big Hill is Gustavus' on-campus organic farm.

Founded in 2009 by two senior ES majors, the goal is to provide the campus with organically grown vegetables and to educate and raise awareness about sustainability and ecology-related issues. Full-time student interns hired each summer to maintain crops.
