Kitchen Makeover in St Pete - New homeowners wanted to have their 1940s Historic Kenwood Kitchen updated with modern materials while keeping their home and original design in place. The old cabinets and appliances were removed and new shaker cabinets and quartz countertops with full height, backsplash and wall were added. The historic Kenwood kitchen had barrel tile on the backsplash and countertop, and the cabinets were the original made by hand solid wood. Special care and time was taken in the removal as the homeowners wanted to preserve as much of the original craftsmanship. Project was about 2 1/2 weeks excluding the countertop typical delays. Looking for a nice large lake with a 1 mile sidewalk loop that folks do some light walking and jogging for exercise, there’s also tennis courts and pickle ball courts, and the large grass field where mini community events are had. One of the best sunset views if you’re not on the beach and not in a downtown high-rise is right here at Crescent Lake.


This is a great park for bringing your children or enjoying with your family. Lots of sh*tty areas to stay cool, there’s usually activities be at a flag foot...
